Latest Workshop: Camp Davos

Lab42 organized a unique challenge in collaboration with the newly established ETH Studio Davos. The Challenge was open to all ETH students interested in researching human-level artificial intelligence (HLAI). In addition to a fun leisure program and social activities, we held AI research seminars and passionately discussed about how to solve ARC.

AI Research Seminars

Lab42 founder Pascal Kaufmann presented the history of the search for human-level AI. Christoph von der Malsburg and Prof. Benjamin Grewe gave impulse lectures followed by a joint discussion on how they address the challenges of developing HLAI.

ARCathon and ARCreate

In ARCreate, Lab42 is currently conducting the ARC 2, an AI intelligence test that cannot be solved by existing AI methods. Based on this concrete example, we evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of AI as well as possible approaches to solve ARC in the ARCathon.

Semester Projects

Promising results were further developed in collaboration with ETH and Lab42, for example in the form of bachelor or master theses supported by Lab42. Join the waiting list for our next AI camp and become part of the Lab42 network!
