Representatives of the leading science, ethics, Artificial Intelligence and talent organisations came together to introduce Lab42 on May 25, 2022.
WEF 2022’s theme of turning points was a fitting moment for the announcement of a global lab dedicated to building human-level artificial intelligence, Lab42. The mayor of Davos, made the announcement, noted the city’s historic spirit of collaboration, innovation and pioneering new scientific approaches and endeavours of unprecedented magnitude at Davos Science City.
As a special guest of this exclusive event, the world leading AI-pioneer and master of modern machine and deep learning, François Chollet, announced the first global challenge hosted by Lab42, paving the way towards human-level AI. For humankind.
